Shave and Rejuvenate!
This scrub is very fine and when used in conjunction with the exfoliating tonic clears and brightens my skin. This is not a messy scrub and small enough to throw into my gym bag if I need to look great after a workout or go back to the office looking polished after a rigorous midday workout. Every man who frequents the gym and is active should own this scrub. Plus, it's a great pre-shave scrub that allows me to get a close shave easier and quicker than without. I would rate this 10 stars if I could!

Good no-frills scrub
I have been using this product three times a week just to help my skin regenerate and to help get rid of dull dead skin and this scrub seems to do the trick. I have tried many scrubs from drugstore all the way to luxury and I will say this face scrub is a little more drying than other moisturizing face scrubs. I have oily skin so this wasn't an issue but this may irritate drier skin types. However, I like how this product isn't problematic to my skin and doesn't cause any sensitivities or irritation.

You will not find anything better!
I have used this product for a few years, it has come to the point where I can't do without it. Not that it is a bad thing but if I end up running out and try to find something that will do the trick as a quick solution nothing ever adds up, the sent, the real exfoliation clay/sand, and the refreshing feeling it leaves behind is truly top of the line. This also helps with shaving prep and reduces skin irritation and razor nicks. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Deep clean!
I use this product at least once a week when I feel I need a real deep clean. Its grainy texture really helps unclog those pores. I have sensitive skin so I have to rub it in gently otherwise I find it can be a bit irritating on its own. Love the fresh scent. You definately feel clean after using it. I often combine a bit of the Scrub into the Charcoal Face Wash (which I absolutely love) for a more gentle wash. I always use the moisturizing lotion or cream after it!

Makes my skin fresh and glow
Since I have started using this product I can see the difference in my skin. Using this product, I have a glow fresh skin. it cleans deeply all pores and tiny blackheads.

Review of updated formula
As others have noted, Clinique has updated the formula (and also changed the shape of the tube to easily tell the difference). The new tube is oval shaped. Now that said, on to the review: I was a regular user of the old face scrub (and the iterations before that and even before that...). So far, I have found this formula to feel similar to the previous - the scrub particles are just as fine and densely packed in the scrub, the consistency of the actual scrub paste feels similar as well. The significant difference as others have noted is the lack of menthol. I admit I loved that cooling feeling, yet after reading that menthol is actually a skin irritant versus providing any benefit, maybe it's for the best. In comparing the ingredients, as of today (Feb 11, 2021), this website still has the old ingredient list. I compared the two and noted in the update: the menthol is gone and caramel is now the last ingredient (as opposed to third last). And the ILN # (whatever that is) is now 45828. Everything else is exactly the same. Hope it helps - I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews here for both the men's & women's scrub (side note, from what any Advisor has told me, the men's & women's products are the same except for packaging). For me, this updated scrub seems fairly similar and I'll manage without the menthol. (Tho sorry to hear others have not had a good experience so far.) I'd recommend trying it out to see what you think!

Doesn't come out
Impossible to squeeze the tube with your hands, needs to stand on it with my heel and pound it for anything to come out as if product has dried in tube.
