This was the BEST gf/df mix I have tasted
I bought this mix, with some reservations, because I have bought many like it before. So my hopes weren’t too high - all I was hoping was that it didn’t taste awful and I didn’t waste my money. WELL...both of those were proven false. This is the BEST mix I have EVER tasted...tastes like the real thing and my system doesn’t get inflamed at all.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to try it out.

Excellent texture
It is very easy to make, and it turns out incredibly fluffy and moist. With this texture, it's hard to believe it's gluten free. It tastes great, but it would have also worked with a bit less sugar.
