Easy to use
I love how it makes bulletproof waffles, but for pancakes, you must add more liquid. I suggest adding a banana and a cup of blueberries. At a minimum, add some mylk and coconut oil into the batter.

Ok for an emergency but not something to enjoy on a Sunday Brunch
It's good for a filling breakfast and keeps me going for a while. The texture of the pancakes is quite dry and not as soft as some other gluten-free brands I have had. Same with the taste.

Delicious pancake mix
I love this gluten free mix!!! Made both as waffles and pancakes. The pancakes were super fluffy. My 8 year old didn’t even notice they were gluten free!! Big win!!!
