Ingredients:

COLD-FX First Signs Nighttime: COLD-FX (CVT-E002) Boosts immune system.  Zinc maintains immune function. Ginger helps with Cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, mucus & phlegm. Valerian acts as a sleep aid.

COLD-FX First Signs Daytime:COLD-FX (CVT-E002) Boosts immune system.  Zinc maintains immune function. Ginger helps with Cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, mucus & phlegm.

Echinacea aids with Sore throat, runny nose & sneezing. Vitamin C helps in maintenance of good health.

Directions:

COLD-FX First Signs Daytime: Adults: At the first sign of cold, dissolve the contents of 1 sachet into 225 ml (one cup) of water. Take 2-3 daytime sachets per day, once every 4-6 hours.

COLD-FX First Signs Nighttime: Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet into 225 ml (one cup) of water, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. 

Cautions: Consult a healthcare practioner if symptoms persists or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks.  Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, if you are taking blood thinners or digoxin. Consumption with alcohol, other mediacations or health products with sedative properties is not recommended.  Some people may experience drowsiness.  Excercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption.
