Makes a beautiful pie crust
Wonderful! I made 3 crusts with the pie mix. It works well, I mixed it in my food processor like I do for regular pie crust, but I think I added an egg. Comes together well and tastes great. Only negative is the price.

Great crust, and easy instructions to prepare. This was the first gluten free pie crust I made, and I will purchase it again. Excited that us gluten free folks have this product. One bag made one 9.5 inch pie.
