Love it!
I am newly-diagnosed with Celiac, so I’m reading a lot of blogs and recipes...everyone uses Cup4Cup flour. It’s not available in my area. I made Italian anisette cookies with it, and the texture was amazing! And it doesn’t have the horrible taste that chickpea flour has. I will definitely buy this again.
