Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 4 capsules per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by your health care practitioner. If gastrointestinal irritation occurs, take with food. For use beyond 4 days, consult a health care practitioner.

Caution: Risk Information: Hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea and/or vomiting have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Ensure adequate fluid intake to prevent dehydration. If you experience symptoms of dehydration, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. May cause greenish-brown discoloration of urine. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver or gall bladder disorder, if your stool contains blood or mucous, if diarrhea is accompanied by a high fever or if you are taking prescription medications as this product may alter their effectiveness. If symptoms worsen or diarrhea persists for longer than 4 days discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a kidney disorder, chronic diarrhea, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes or edema, if you are taking products containing diuretics, or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
