This sugar has a lovely flavor. I like the texture of the large crystals, also it is not as sweet as other brown sugars that I've used.

I purchased this to use in DIY facial scrubs. It is a lot more coarse than I expected, but I just grind it up in the food processor. I think it is a good value for my use, it will last a long time.

Good price, and fabulous for baking cookies. I roll my ginger cookies in this instead of boring white granulated sugar, and when I want a little extra crunch, I replace a bit of white sugar with this in the batter.

This is a great product at a good price. I put it in my tea and coffee. Tastes like surgar. I also use less so it will last a long time. Only two teaspoons per cup is all I need.

This is brown sugar derived from Demerera sugar. What they do is let the demerera sugar dry out and then grind it to this. So it will not dry to a hard rock in your sugar container. It means more steps in the production.
I try to keep my brown sugar in an airtight container generally, but this item is fine too.
Brown sugar is advised for health instead of white sugar.

This was perfect. The large crystals gave the cakes and cookies a different taste and consistency. This was perfect to make homemade maple syrup with as I had ran out and needed some for pancakes. The best part was I accidentally let it boil to long and the syrup turned into the best Brown Sugar fudge I have ever made.
