Absolute staple!
I've started using this for my son since he was around 4. Yes the age recommendation says 6 but I started off with 1/4 of what's recommended and gradually increased it to 1/2 of the recommended amount by the time he reached 5. Now that he's almost 6, I'm slowly increasing the amount. I'm a strong believer of this product!

Amazing
My son almost always had a runny nose, this has stopped after taking this daily. The duration of his colds etc are lessened as well. Expensive but worth it.

Tastes great!!
This keeps my toddler healthy. I use 1/2 a teaspoon throughout cold season and twice a week during the summer months.
