If you are looking for a hairdpray to give you average hold with a natural looking result, search no further as this is the hairspray for you. It is the perfect balance of hold for my naturally curly hair. It doesn't look sticky after using like some other hairsprays. The hold lasted a whole day a work which was perfec, as I find other hairsprays you have to touch up all the time. The scent was almost the perfect balance, not overpowering. I would purchase this Doce hair party to assist in my hair routine.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I liked this hairspray but it wasn't my favorite. It's smells good and sprays evenly (nothing I hate more than a poorly designed spray nozzle). The hairspray is very light and is indeed flexible. I found it didn't have a ton of hold so this definitely isn't for updos or hard to hold hair (like mine). It's great for an everyday spray and to hold overall shape. It didn't hold my curls, but I need a strong hold hairspray for that and this was marketed as "flexible hold". I use it to spray my fly aways when my hair is tied up in a bun or for a light spritz when I leave my hair down and straight.

It didn't really do much to hold up my hair & I just wanted a bit of volume. I left my house and it was fine, but could not even tell if I was wearing some 2-3 hours later.
The smell isn't the typical scent you'd get from hairspray, but rather like a fragrance was trying to mask it. At the very least, it tames frizziness but I wouldn't rely on it for extra strong hold.
When I do use hairspray, I use L'oreal Paris Elnett Satin.

I wanted to love this product, because I am interested in hairspray that allows for movement, but this one I am not sure about.
The hair styles I choose to test this product out were blow outs and longer styles, no up dos.
I found that while it gave me the chance to play with the styles, the overall hold I was looking for wasn't achieved the way I would hope.
I might use this product for styles that I don't mind changing throughout the day, but would choose some other product to help with the overall hold.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I realize this is a great cheap hairspray. My hair can get frizzy and lose its shape easily. After learning about a hair changing tip about taming all my loose hairs (from breakage) by using hairspray and combing it through your hair; I used the only hairspray I had which was this one. And my hair looked instantly better! It calmed down my hair, took out some of the fluff from blowdrying, and tamed all my little flyaways when I combed this hairspray through. My hair looked like a million bucks! The style held up well as well. You can use too much of it and it will cause your hair to look greasy.

In normal day to day life, I would never use a Hairspray, instead I would use a Hair Gel as I like the product more than the spray. I just recently chopped my long hair and have a short shoulder length cut. My baby hairs always stand up and I find using a little bit of the hair spray keeps them down without hardening my hair like gel does. I am not completely sold, however I will continue to use the product as I feel that when I do need to use the Hairspray, its done good.

My hair is quite heavy and straight, so while the hairspray did tame fly-aways and prevent frizz throughout the day, it's not strong enough for me to pull off an updo or to keep curls intact. I would use this as a way to hold my hair in place for daily use or to add some extra volume, but it can't hold my hair for a night out. It does keep my hair looking and feeling soft and natural, not crispy or stiff like other hairsprays and I like the scent. I would recommend for finer hair or as a fly-away tamer.

I enjoyed using this hairspray. When I think of hairspray I think of hard and crunchy feeling hair. I didn't experience this with the Dove Hairspray!
It definitely held my style in place, and when using it when I had my hair down it still left it feeling soft and well, flexible! My hair could still move, yet also still look great. I actually ended up using it more often than I would normally use hairspray, it worked great for taming my flyaways!
I'll definitely be buying this one again.
