Waitrose Duchy Organic Sicilian Lemon All Butter Shortbread is baked in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, these melt-in-the-mouth all butter shortbread biscuits use only the finest ingredients: British wheat flour including flour from wheat grown on Duchy Home Farm at Highgrove and crystallised Sicilian lemon peel selected for its zesty citrus taste.

Stale biscuits
We purchased these yummy Waitrose biscuits (ginger) at the Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC when on holiday last summer and they were delicious. When I found the lemon and regular shortbread on your website, I was so excited to order them. Unfortunately, when they arrived about a month ago the regular ones were due to expire and were inedible. The lemon ones had a couple of months to go, were also stale but we were able to eat them. I would not recommend purchasing them from this site, sadly. Since food from this site is not refundable we had to throw the stale ones away.
