My doctor has asked me to avoid soy for a few months, so I thought I would try this. Unfortunately, both my husband and I find that the taste is nothing like soy sauce and doesn't work in any of my recipes.

This is a fantastic product. The flavour is light and well balanced. It's a great substitute for soy sauce even with sushi and sashimi. And the zero sugar content is fantastic. Compared to other brands of coconut seasoning this one has 0 grams of sugar and is all natural. And it tastes the best. I've tried 4 different brands and come back to this one every time even though it seems to be the most expensive. So if there are sales, I stock up!

As I am on a gluten free diet, this coconut seasoning sauce fills in for any recipe that requires soy sauce. Yes, it is a bit lighter in colour and flavour but the taste is better overall. I wish it were lower priced or on sale more often as I would stock up. Anything made with coconut rocks for taste and your health!

I use this coconut seasoning sauce often. It accents all foods well without overpowering. Works well as a substitute for soy sauce, only is on the lighter side in flavor. Just wish that it would come in a larger and more economically priced bottle.

Yummy yummy salty goodness! Great for adding a splash of flavour to dressings, marinades, sautes and stir frys. Way better for you than soy sauce, and stronger flavour than just coconut aminos.

I love the taste of this. I actually prefer it to soy sauce. It does have a sweetness to it, but it's a beautiful, mild sweetness. The umami flavour is there, and that's what makes it an excellent replacement for soy sauce. It's completely different from off the shelf, big brand soy sauces that have caramel and other additives, those black liquids that aren't true fermented soy sauces. Those tend to have a very pronounced, aggressive flavour. Coconut seasoning is closer to traditionally brewed soy sauce. It pairs seamlessly with traditional Japanese foods. It may be quite noticeably different if you're coming straight from grocery store fare, but it's easy to fall in love with this once you've used it a few times. For me, it was love at first taste. :)
