I never use white refined sugar anymore - not for years. But since I've discovered Coconut Sugar - I never use anything else. It gives the most amazing flavour boost to anything you use it on - hot or cold - without overpowering sweetness. It is more a flavour enhancer than a sweetener - even in baking.

I love this sugar! I use the exact same amount in recipes that call for regular brown sugar and it works great every time (I use it in recipes that call for white sugar, as well, but it does change the flavour a bit--usually for the better!). It has a lower glycemic index than cane sugar so I feel much better about eating it.
