Avoid This Matcha And Company
I used to buy this matcha for years because of price and quality was good, as well as being a Canadian brand. Then the quality went down so much that the matcha wasn't even green anymore but more brownish. They started to mix it with lower quality matcha and jacked up the price because of the consumer market. Yet they still label it wrongfully ceremonial grade.
I ended up contacting them, since Well suggested I do so. My email with this feedback was never returned, but I was copied in a forwarded email in error, saying "can you deal with this". In other words, avoid this company if you can. They don't care about quality, transparency or their customers.

Great Matcha!
Really enjoyed this matcha! Hard to find one that is not bitter. I liked how this one indicates how much Vitamin A it contains (78% DV in one tsp).

Awesome matcha for a shocking good price.
For the price this is the best value matcha. It’s always been really fresh and green, no bitterness. I can drink it without sweetener!

Yellow and cheap grade
Weather started offrir this product, it was a nice green jade color. The last times I bought their matcha it was green.

Not the best I've had
It's not high-grade matcha and has a bitter, grassy taste rather than an earthy, sweet deep flavor that ceremonial matcha is meant to have. Even when I use lower temperature water r commended for matcha (165-175 degrees), the colour is not bright green as it should be (it has a tinge of brown and yellow as another review mentioned). No the worst, but I won't be buying again.
