It was good until…
I use one for a closet(wardrobe dehumidifier). I often found the moisture trapped through this somehow crystallized, which made me wonder if it’s even safe to touch or drain in the sink. Then, one day, I realized the dehumidifier bag leaking from an almost invisible hole like a hole punctured by a thin needle. But by the time I found it, it had leaked enough onto some of the clothes hanging near it and some shoes underneath it. As a result, the liquid completely ruined my husband’s leather jacket and a pair of my leather shoes! The liquid had hardened and shrunken the leather, completely damaged them to useless condition.

Great for windowless bathroom
Bought for a small windowless bathroom. There’s a fan but I’m always worried about dampness and mould. Does its job. Slightly flimsy construction and the lid doesn’t fit exactly into the body so sometimes I worry that the 2 pieces could easily disconnect and dump water everywhere. Also wish it came in white or clear/frosted plastic. This refill seemed a bit too big for the container. I had to really squeeze /fold the edges to get it fully inside.

Great way to deal with moisture
I am not 100% sure that it makes a big difference, but I use them in my front closet and they seem to absorb a lot of moisture! Use caution when disposing the liquid after because it is a bit corrosive if you get it on your skin. As another review mentions, you need to squish it a bit to fit into the plastic container. I like the fact that it’s refillable though! Feels less wasteful.
