Kre-Alkalyn EFX pH Correct Creatine for Building Muscle builds muscle

known for years that creatine becomes unstable and begins to break down
into creatinine (creatine's byproduct) once it's activated with a fluid.
Kre-Alkalyn's patent research shows that the speed of this conversion
process is directly related to the creatine's pH level - the lower the

conversion rate slows dramatically as the pH of the creatine is raised

Bit pricey but works.
I have a sensitive stomach, this seems to cause less stomach irritability than mono.
This is not on the cheaper end of creatine, if you need cheap get mono in bulk, this is if you like the convenience of capsules and the advantages of kre.
Within 3 weeks of taking 4 capsules per day I put on 10 lbs of water weight and my lifting became easier and lactic acid was no longer an issue.
