This stuff is the best. I have found it a great snack but it is more versatile than just a snack. At a big family dinner I crushed it up and we put it in salad and in mashed potatoes. I take One bag and make it into five small containers to take to work for that mid-afternoon slump, wakes me up and gets through the day. Excellent product.
