I was looking for an alternative to the usual overly sweet chocolaty covered bars that didn't break the calorie bank. These are perfect as I love sunflower seeds. My only criticism is they have a slightly oily taste, but its not overly noticeable.

A lovely little crispy crunch!
My favourite snack bar. Soft with tiny little crunchy sunseed bits, a very pleasant taste and aftertaste, and just generally very enjoyable.
