These cookies are the closest to tasting like real graham crackers of any other gluten-free cookies out there. I donâÂÂt think anyone would guess this was a gluten-free âÂÂversionâ of the real deal. ItâÂÂs that similar. Unlike KinnikinnickâÂÂs gluten-free take on graham crackers (which is just awful tasting), Enjoy Life doesnâÂÂt use molasses as an ingredient and instead uses honey which makes these taste authentic. I use a food processor to make crumbs from these cookies. Everyone who has ever eaten my cheesecakes never know the difference and have actually told me that my base is delicious. I highly recommend!!

Oooh, they nailed these âÂÂgrahamâ cookies. IâÂÂve tasted severa gluten/free âÂÂgrahamâ cookies before and was always disappointed but these taste exactly like typical graham cookies/crackers. Hands down, best glyten free graham-cracker flavour. Go ahead and use these cookie crumbs in your best cheesecake recipe too. No one will ever know the difference, not even those without gluten issues.

Not a big fan
I bought these about a month ago and tried them last night and honestly, I hated them. But then I realized that it was my fault as I hadn’t noticed they were free of eggs and dairy. Personally I really enjoy and can digest dairy and eggs, so I like it in my baked goods. I gave them a 3 because although I didn’t like the taste, they were decent for dairy and egg free cookies.
