Yummy Breakfast/Snack
These Breakfast Ovals are delicious, great for a snack or a light breakfast. They have a nice texture - all that good fibre! - and they are soft. The flavours are blended well, with bits of yummy berries mixed in. I definitely recommend these (as well as the Maple Fig flavour). A great addition to my breakfast lineup!

Tasty and handily-wrapped snack
I really like these, especially the fig-maple or the berry ones (the ones with chocolate chips melt on your hands or the chips fall out on your shirt). I like to keep one in my gym bag for a post-workout snack. Not too much sugar.
