Erbology Organic Raw Milk Thistle Powder

Erbology's milk thistle powder is a traditional liver support and excellent for liver regeneration. Milk thistle contains silymarin, a flavonoid which is great at fighting free radical damage. It has a nutty, mildy bitter flavour. Mix one tsp with hot water to make milk thistle tea, or blend into salads, soups and smoothies. You can also take it straight, with a glass of water. They cold-press their milk thistle seeds in small batches to remove the oils, resulting in a concentrated powder rich in nutrients. Erbology's milk thistle is sourced directly from farmers in Eastern Europe.

Dosage: Adults: Take one half teaspoon (3.5 g) of milk thistle powder up to twice daily. Store in a cool, dry place. Use for at least 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.

How to enjoy: As it’s made from nothing but milk thistle seeds, our powder doesn’t dissolve in water. Mix a teaspoon per day into smoothies, soups and stews for a savoury twist. Alternatively, it’s a brilliant health-boosting addition to baked goods, blending perfectly into cookies and cakes.
