Fits the need perfectly!
My daily regimen of core-and back-strengthening exercises to prevent recurring pain required a long mat that would be thick enough. This one meets that all-important criterion and is also lightweight, portable and easy to wipe clean and store. Practical and functional: perfect!

Thanks to Covid19, gyms are out of the question so I got this for my mother for her at-home exercises. It folds up easily and is very lightweight so moving and storing it isn't an issue with small spaces. It's also very cushion-y which might be a small issue for some, but she is quite happy with it.
