We've eaten spelt pasta for years but not always easy to find a spaghetti (until now). It doesn't break up & fall apart when cooked, it stays its shape & is really tasty. Pasta made with Bronze dies (like this one) seems to have the best texture (like a rougher texture to hold more sauce) - I love this product!!

Really high quality!
This is a great pasta. I much prefer spelt to traditional semolina as it's easier to digest and more nutritious. Spelt is more or less the same as wheat, so these cook very well and have become a staple in my kitchen.
