Directions: Stir 45g of drinking chocolate into 200ml of warm milk for a classic rich hot chocolate. Alternatively, use 100ml of warm milk for a more intense experience. Add sugar or honey for a sweeter taste

Fjak is such a perfectly blended chocolate, no matter which product I try. The Chilli Drinking Chocolate is no exception. There is some real heat in the chili, but it's balanced beautifully with the chocolate. And since we've been enjoying some classic Canadian cold snap weather, I'm making this a daily warm-up treat.
This is different from a Mexican hotchoc, in that there is no cinnamon or other spices - it's just the chilis and chocolate making their magic together.
