Evening Primrose seed oil* (Oenothera biennis) . . . 10 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Sunflower oil*, sesame oil*, coconut oil*, lecithin*, rice bran oil*, oat bran oil*, tocopherols,  glycerin, water, modified food starch, carrageenan, sodium carbonate and caramel

Recomended Dose:
Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules three times daily with meals.
NOTE: 14 capsules are equivalent to 15 ml (1 tbsp) of oil
