Description

Directions: Start with clean, dry skin. Turn on ESPADA 2 by pressing the universal button, and aim it so your blemish is in the center of the precise targeting light. Blue LED Light and T-Sonicٙ massage will activate on contact with skin. Hold the device on the blemish for 30 seconds (until the built-in timer pulses). Treat the same blemish up to 4 times in total, or move the device to another blemish you wish to treat. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Well.ca customer service is terrible I purchased the Foreo Espada 2 two weeks ago, and after just one use, it completely failed. I charged it once and used it for a week, but when the charge ran out and I tried to recharge it, the device wouldn't charge at all. I initially contacted well.ca, expecting a straightforward return or exchange, only to be sent on a wild goose chase by being referred to Foreo directly. After reaching out to Foreo, they admitted that the issue was likely a manufacturing defect and suggested I file a warranty claim. However, after this experience, I have absolutely no confidence in this product and have no interest in receiving another potentially faulty device. I requested a return, but Foreo's response was nothing short of infuriating—they said that because I purchased the device from well.ca, only they could handle the return. So, back to well.ca I went, only to be told they wouldn’t accept a return because the product had been opened and used—despite the fact that it’s defective! Now, I'm left stuck with a $200+ device that doesn't work, and my only option is an exchange for a product I no longer trust. This is unacceptable, and both Foreo and well.ca's customer service have been atrocious. Do yourself a favor and skip this headache—either order directly from the manufacturer or avoid the product entirely. If anything goes wrong, well.ca will wash their hands of the issue and leave you to deal with the fallout. Horrible customer service all around.
