Great product for sensitive/dry skin
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is a game changer for me. I have finally found a product that not only cleanses, removes makeup but also do NOT dry out my skin in the process. I have tried several cleansers and this product surpasses them all. There was no redness or irritation and my skin felt even more moisturizers after using the cleanser.
I have only tried using this product with water, but I love that there's an option to use without water; will definitely need to try that out next!
All in all would definitely recommend this product and will be repurchasing once this runs out.

Super Gentle to the Skin
It’s definitely super gentle that I don’t need to worry about it stinging my eyes. I opened my eyes while spreading it on my face. Lovely! I am so used to using those cleanser that’s foamy, this was a weird experience to try a no foam cleanser. It surprised me with great results. It cleaned my face and also didn’t get my skin feels dry. I feel that I am not putting extra chemicals on my skin, so I would keep using this gentle cleanser. #samplerlove #freesample

Great product at an affordable price!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is the first time trying the Cetaphil brand and I bought the gentle skin cleanser for all skin types. I didn't know what to expect as I haven't used this brand before and to my surprise, it is extremely positive! This cleanser is really true to it's name, it is very gentle on my skin! It feels very clean and actually retains the moistures whereas other brands that I used before would leave my skin dry and rough. Best of all it doesn't feel oily or heavy at all! It is such a great product that I have already thrown away my usual ones and will be using the Cetaphil going forward!

Kids love it

Very happy with the Cetaphil Gentle skin cleanser, it doesn't irritate my kids eyes. It is so gentle on the skin, but at the same time removes oil and moisturizes our skin. if you are on the hunt for something gentle and irritation free, you've come to the right spot. the pump style is very suitable for even small kids, so easy to dispense and so handy. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. Unscented is a plus, especially for people like me who is allergic to most scented products!

Loved the old, hate the new
My family & I have used the old formula for a very very long time and loved it. Ever since we used the new formula, we have blemishes, worsening acne and aggravated rosacea. I don’t understand why companies change their formulas when they already have a perfect formula. Although we would love to remain as loyal customers, we are now forced to stay away.

I'm glad I tried it out!

My previous experience with Cetaphil was when my kids were infants so I didn't realize how much I could benefit myself and the change in my skin tone and texture is just amazing. As someone who is older, my skin concerns had changed and again, my skin is soft and the dryness that I had been experiencing from my previous cleanser routine is largely gone. I'm just sorry that I didn't try this earlier (my daughter did try to tell me!)
Definitely would recommend for those in their forties and fifties who might find previous skin care routines not as effective as they used to be.

Please bring back old formula, PLEASE!!!!
I've been using the old gentle skin cleanser since the '90s. Since the change I've been using generic store brand version that had the old ingredients but now they've all updated to the new formula and I cannot use them either. I've tried so many cleansers in the last few months and I'm at a loss. Please please please bring back the old one :'(

Unexpected result, it helped heal my blemish

I was using a salicylic acid cleanser of a very popular brand but i couldn't get rid of the blemish. I decided to try this Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser and by miracle, my condition was improved by just one wash! It was an incredible and unexpected result! I have been using Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser for a week and my facial blemish is almost gone. This cleanser did a perfect job for cleaning my combination skin, including pores on my nose. Yet it's so gentle, I guess it didnt strip out the natural skin protective barrier that help my blemish healed.
