This formula is concentrated by a senna leave extract, which creates a superior effect than our regular laxative: when your body needs an additional help for elimination and relieving your discomfort. Its action targets the large intestine by boosting the peristaltic movements. As a result, it accelerates the intestinal transit. The buckthorn bark supports the laxative effects by stimulating the intestine muscle tissues and enables the bowel movement. Recommended dose: ADULTS: Infuse a sachet, once a day, into approximately one cup of boiling water for a minimum of 5 minutes. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take two to three times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Take a single dose at bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.
