DHA (docasahexaenoic acid) is an omega-3 fatty acid that plays a key role in the development of eye and nerve tissue in fetuses and babies. This product is perfect to safely support mom and baby during early development.
Recommended Dosage: ADULTS: 1-2 capsules 1 time per day. Take 1 capsule per day for maintenance of good health. Take 2 capsules per day for support of cognitive health, eye/visual health and brain function.
