- BalanceBall, removable for exercise on its own.
- Comes with 2 locking back castors and 2 regular front castors.
- Air pump.
- Desktop exercise guide to get you moving.
For optimal performance, it may be necessary to re-inflate your new BalanceBall once or twice after the initial inflation. Once your chair is assembled and the BalanceBall is inflated, re-check the ball size the next day. If necessary, add additional air and check once more the following day. Your new BalanceBall may need a day or two to "stretch" to its final size (which should then fit perfectly in the base).

Good: My office chair I bought from Staples was giving me bad posture and therefore stiffness everywhere so I decided to try out this ball chair concept! It was super easy to put together and I'm in love with it so far. I actually feel my muscles around my hips are automatically getting a workout just by sitting on it in front of my computer.
Bad: The whole thing might be a bit low for taller individuals or people with higher desks.
