Organics Prenatal Once Daily Multi is designed for women during pre-conception, pregnancy and lactation—all in a convenient, once-daily tablet. Made exclusively with over 30 organic foods and herbs, just one clean tablet daily provides 19 essential vitamins and minerals with 600mcg of natural folate and 13.5mg of non-constipating food-sourced iron. It is formulated to support the needs of mother during pregnancy and lactation.
Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Caution: People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. If you are taking blood thinners or develop abdominal pain, fever or vomiting, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Laxative effect may occur, in which case, discontinue use.

LOVE THESE VITAMINS!
This was the 2nd brand of prenatal vitamins that I tried as the first brand gave me an upset stomach and I LOVE them!!! I love that they are once a day vitamins because when I was taking three a day it was so hard to remember to take them. These also have been really great on my stomach and i havent had any issues at all! I've been using them for two years now and i highly recommend!

These contain everything that I need. You need to take JUST ONE a day! Trust me! That's a life saver. Most other bottles ask you to take 3 or 4 daily...
The ingredients are clean and from real food sources. It's as close as it gets to eating real food :)

I was previously taking the 3 x daily Vitamin Code Prenatal - on top of all the other vitamins/omega's every day. I found it really difficult to remember to take all 3. So happy they have come out with a once a day!

Favourite Prenatals!
I love that these are organic and sourced from whole foods but in a once daily form. I find other whole food prenatal's require you to take 3 or sometimes even 4 a day which makes me nauseous. These are easy to take and I feel good about the ingredients.

Not sure if a "one a day" can provide everything needed but I take this one at lunch as I usually forget to take anything with breakfast. I take a different multi at night though. Disappointed there is no choline. Like the food based additives.
