Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Take 1 capsule daily with water or your favourite raw juice. If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, twist open 1 capsule daily, empty contents into a glass of water or milk, stir, and drink. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Nothing short of amazing! lifetime constipation cured
I’m in my early 30’s and have suffered with chronic constipation for the past 24 years. I have tried every other type of probiotic out there, including ones that cost over $100 for a thirty day supply and have 450 billion cfu’s with zero results. I have tried every type of diet including raw veganism, and nothing has helped. Within one day of taking raw primal defense ultra, I felt a very mild discomfort in my stomach which told me something was happening. Very slowly, I started to see a small incremental difference in my constipation. I used to go to the bathroom once a week at my worst, now I go daily without any issue. What all of my experiments with different probiotics have taught me is that it’s not necessarily the amount of CFU’s that matters but the specific strains that each individual is missing/needs more of. I’ve never written a review before but wanted to let people know that they should give this a try. It might not work for you, but it’s worth a try as it has 100% cured me. At the moment, I only take one pill a day, in the evening, on an empty stomach, before bed and it seems to be working fine for me. I’ve been taking this probiotic for about two and a half weeks now. I’d say I was fully cured after about a week and a half of taking this daily. When I say fully cured I mean that I began to have daily movements which I haven’t had since I was a teen. Hope this helps someone.

Excellent Product
I have been taking these for at least 15 yrs. and believe these are the reason I have not had any health problems. Would highly recommend this product!
