Doesn’t work!
My hair was black and bleached my hair with another brand it turned my hair into light brown ginger color and I thought maybe u needed something stronger. I bought this product, which is ESPECIALLY for black hairs and it says it is INTENSE bleach. Couple days later I applied it and it only turned my hair a bit ginger on the roots only. I did every step as it said. I even waited until it reached the maximum time.It doesn’t work at all and it just damaged my hair. If you have a dark brown or even a regular brown hair, my advice for you to buy another brand.HAVE A NICE ONE BEAUTIFUL!!!

Not sure why the bad reviews
I've used this exact bleach for the better part of this year on natural, just off black, straight hair and it's always lifted just fine for me. Yes, it is drying as most bleach is, but my regular conditioning routine deals with that without much issue. It does leave a yellow cast (again, keep in mind my hair is very dark) but my toning products address that just fine to make my hair silver/white blonde. I just make sure to avoid double bleaching my ends, concentrating on regrowth, and I'm more than happy to continue using this as I have been. I'm only taking off one star because I do wish it lifted a TAD bit more in a shorter time but I'll take it over frying my hair with something stronger just for convenience. Good packaging, easy to use, but I did get one box without the nozzle cap. Luckily I had bought two and just saved the cap from one for the other by washing it carefully.

total WASTE OF MONEY
...even if you somehow found it free. This product makes next to no change in hair color. It's pretty much useless and I have no idea why its even on store shelves.
