Gaviscon Extra Strength Chewable Foam tabs begin working immediately. Provides day & night-time relief of heartburn, acid reflux and GERD (Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease) symptoms. Doctor recommended Gaviscon forms a protective foam barrier that blocks acid reflux for hours. Free from aluminum, lactose & gluten.
Caution: Relief of heartburn/acid reflux symptoms should occur within 5-10 minutes of taking the product. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks, recur, worsen or if heartburn symptoms occur more than once per week in a child, or if heartburn/acid reflux is accompanied by painful swallowing, weight loss, vomiting of blood or recurrent vomiting. Except under your doctor's advice, if pregnant or on a low salt diet do not exceed 3 tablets per day, do not take if you suffer from kidney disease or within 2 hours of another medicine because effectiveness may be altered. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid excessive humidity. Store at 15 degrees C 25 degrees C. Do not use if safety seal under cap is broken or missing.
