Today sources Noni from certified organic farms in the islands of the
South Pacific. Noni fruit is harvested by hand with a stick to prod the
Noni fruit loose from the tree until it falls into a small net attached
to the stick. After the noni is harvested, it is layered and made into
Noni juice before Genesis Today flash pasteurizes it to retain the
quality of its flavour.
