Active Multi Vite is a vegetarian-friendly formula providing a combination of vitamins and minerals that help support bone and muscle health. It is estimated that nearly one third of Canadians have low vitamin D levels.2 Vitamin D promotes the activity of bone cells for proper bone remodeling, and helps absorb and use calcium and phosphorus for normal bone mineralization. Research demonstrates that 600 IU of vitamin D daily helps maximize bone health in adults.
