Recommended Dose: (Adults) Take 1 tablet 3 times daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Consult your healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Do not use if you are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes or pork proteins. Works very well to improve digestion!
I first started taking these pills with meals many years ago. It had changed my life and health. I felt more comfortable after eating, with much less reflux and have put on enough weight (wanted) to be in a healthy weight range. If you are robust and gain weight easily this pill might not be right for you, but if you're thin and have low energy this might just work like magic. I don't take these a lot now as my body feels quite strong. Genestra supplements are high quality and worth the money.
I found that you should have a lot of water ready when taking it. The pills tend to get sticky when wet, and might get stuck in your throat. It doesn't have much taste or smell. I would recommend this to anyone who have digestive issues. Please note that it doesn't contain lactase.
