Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with meals, a few hours
before or after taking other drugs, natural health products, minerals
or B-vitamin supplements, or as recommended by your healthcare
practitioner.

allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family,

Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble or if

symptoms persist or worsen. Some people may experience gastric
