Recommended Dosage: (Adults) Take two capsules two times daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications, supplements and food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. If you have liver, gastrointestinal tract or gallbladder disorders, and/or bowel obstruction, do not use. Known Adverse Reactions: Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. If you develop any of the following symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite combined with itching, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, or experience skin rashes, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner immediately. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
