Genestra Vitex agnus-castus is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve premenstrual symptoms, as a hormone normalizer to help stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities, and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flashes. Amazing product
This product is amazing! It takes a couple of months as mentioned in the instructions to build up in your system, but I can honestly say I felt a difference in my first cycle after starting this supplement when my doctor suggested it. After the build-up, I reduced the dosage and now take it from days 14-28 and the first few days of my cycle. I have endo and it helps with cramps, bloating and other PMS symptoms.
