Recommended Dosage: Children 3-12 years old: Chew one tablet daily. If you are on antibiotics, take Advanced Gut Health Probiotics KIDS at least 2-3 hours before or after. Do no allow young children to swallow tablets whole.

Great probiotic for kids
Both of my kids (3 and 5) have been taking this probiotic for about a year. They enjoy the taste, and it prevents them from being constipated. (My doctor had been pushing for me to give daily laxatives to my oldest, to help with stomach pains, but these probiotic work better and have eliminated her stomach pains altogether.)
