This is a great product but it is quite expensive. I have found you have to take the full dosage in order to feel any benefits. Absolutely no "buzzy" feeling or any negative side effects. I did feel good and less hungry than I normally do. All around a really good product.

I really love this product! I can’t say that it makes me feel any different while taking it, but I notice a huge difference when I stop taking it. My skin doesn’t look as good and I notice a pretty significant decrease in my energy levels. I feel that it boosts my overall immunity as I get sick less often when I am taking it. In my experience, the cost is worth it and I have been using this product for about three years now.
