Their MACA Powder originates from the Junin Plateau high in the Peruvian Andes Mountains of South America where it has been growing wild for approximately centuries. The extreme growing conditions allow MACA to develop the purported beneficial properties and characteristics. Giddy MACA is low temperature processed, raw, slightly sweet, mild tasting and powerful!
Suggested Usage: Start with 1-2 tsp.per day working up to 1-2 Tbs per day in water, juice, smoothies, etc.Take 1 day off per week.
