Bought this as a nut-free protein option for school lunches for my daughter and she loved it. Texture is a bit different from regular pasta, but she didn't notice at all. I only wish the noodles stayed red after being cooked. Would have been more fun in her lunch, but obviously no biggie.

Bad first attempt
I attempted to use this in a casserole and that was a huge mistake. The noodles turned into a red mushy soup texture. I ended up throwing the whole thing out. I love the idea of these noodles and would maybe try them again as a simple noodles with sauce only.

Lentil pasta works
The lentil fusilli is great addition to the gluten free pasta that Gogo Quinoa offers. Tastes great and holds up to the boiling with fantastic results. I found it more filling than the rice or rice & quinoa blends. I will buy this again.
