Gold Top Organics Organic Flax Seed Oil contains Omega-3 fatty acids — More than half the fat in flax seeds is alpha-linolenic fatty acid (ALA), the essential omega-3 fatty acid.

Suggested Usage: 1 to 2 tablespoons per day with meals, salad dressing, shakes, or for light sauteing. Natural setting may occur, shake before each use. Do not heat over 320° F/160° C. Can be frozen to extend shelf life.

Ingredients: Cold pressed unrefined flax seed oil.

Flax seed oil should be used within 6 weeks after opening the bottle.
