I purchased this to help with my knee arthritist. After two weeks of use my skin and hair is softer / silkier. I don't think I have been using it long enough to see a difference in my knee, but my other joints seem to feel better-more flexible.

Simple Solution
This is easy to use. It will dissolve easily in cold or hot liquid. I put it in my coffee which works well but it does alter the taste of tea so that doesn't work so well. Already noticing stronger nails. Hoping it will help my skin and hair.
