Excellent!
The has changed my mediation game! I used to use a pillow and towels, but decided to buy this while it was on sale...so glad I did, money well spent. It's very comfortable and helps position by back as well. I'm 5'2 123 pounds with smaller thighs and this crescent shape suits by body type well. It appears well made so I bet I get years of use out of it.

It's comfortable and my legs don't fall asleep. I also sometimes use it between my knees when I take naps.
