Therapy Pillow, with calming lavender scent. Heat it to sooth and relax
tension in your neck, shoulders or anywhere. Freeze or refrigerate it
to use as a cold compress. The shape adjusts for ideal comfort, relief
for sore muscles, cramps or night sweats.
Handcrafted in Vancouver, BC, with a removable, washable cover.
Directions: Hot: Remove the cover before heating the therapy pillow. Lay flat in microwave and heat for 2-3 minutes or heat in oven on low temperature. Test the temperature on the inside of your arm before use. Cold: Place in freezer for at least 1 hour.
100% cotton casing and cover. Filled with whole wheat grain and lavender.
Machine wash cover only in cool water on delicate cycle. Hang to dry. Do not wash the pillow.
