Great Taste
I was intrigued with this product as I've been taking apple cider vinegar. I prefer the taste of this coconut vinegar to ACV. When mixed with a bit of lemon juice and mint leaf it has a sweet note to it.

Makes a fabulous lemon dressing
It has a milder flavor than apple cider or balsamic vinegars which allows the other flavors in most dressings to shine through. Delicous!
