Very good ear plug, it blocks the noise very well for the first few times, but after that it gets less effective. As written on the package, you have to throw them away after using for a few days.

I bought these to block out the noise of my children playing upstairs while I work downstairs and they do the job!

I was very discouraged that they did not do what was expected of them. They kept falling out of my ears and did not block out the noise I was trying to keep at bay. So sad.

These are great ; I used them for the RN board exam. This product did decreased the volume of the room but didn't completely mute the noise; was able to hear the announcements.

Great earplugs! They do what they are suppose to do, and what I like about them is that they are very comfortable. Great for sleeping!

Bought these as well as the Ultimate Softness from Hearos. Found these a little less comfortable with a minor volume decrease -- I'd recommend the Ultimate Softness. That said, these are more effective if the Ultimate Softness simply don't do the job.

I also prefer the beige-ish colour of the Ultimate Softness over the Smurf blue of these. Get some odd looks at the library.

These are very soft and expand slowly. They stay in all night so I don't have to play "find the earplug" when I wake up.
The noise reduction isn't mind blowing, but they're just earplugs, I wasn't expecting them to block out every little noise. I am very satisfied with the noise reduction they provide while trying to sleep through the day for graveyard shifts.
I haven't tried a huge variety of earplugs, and I don't think I will be trying any more varieties since I am quite happy with these ones.

While these earplugs are fine, I didn't find them any more effective than many other brands I've used in the past. In fact, they were less effective. I tried them out after reading all the positive reviews here and elsewhere, but will be returning to my previous brand (Flents' Quiet Please).

Despite the Hearos' 33db rating, and me properly inserting them (deeply) in my ear canal (I've slept with earplugs for 10+ years and know how to use them), I could still -- quite clearly -- hear just about everything. Definitely nothing close to "muting." There was perhaps a muffling effect, but that's about it.

That said, they are very soft and very comfortable. Just not exceptionally effective.

The spin class instructors at the local Y often times get carried away with the volume controls and these earplugs work effectively to mute the "motivational muzak" so that now I too can enjoy the gym space...thank
you for carrying this fine product.

I have used ear plugs for years, thought I would give these a try. They are good except for the fact that they are extremely soft and hard to install in the ear canal. The noise reduction was good but not much better then the ones I was previously using from a different company
